D!SoRd3rEd is an independent short film written and directed by Corey Allen, produced under his Methods in Madness banner. The film blends striking visual imagery with a haunting soundscape to explore themes of systemic erasure, historical trauma, and the search for identity within a fractured American landscape.
Corey Allen is a multidisciplinary artist, actor, and filmmaker based in Austin, Texas. A member of Actors’ Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA, he holds an MFA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Acting at the University of Texas at Austin.
His on-screen credits include appearances on Mindhunter, Power, and The Blacklist. Through his production company Methods in Madness, Allen creates work that interrogates the intersections of identity, history, and the American experience.
